At Gymnastics Etc, we are pleased to offer a variety of classes for children of all ages and skill levels. We also offer a selection of other activities.

General Information

• There is an annual $25 registration fee per child or a $60 family registration fee
• Coming to a second class per week is an additional $25 per child.
• Siblings do receive a discount on their class fees. Please check at the front desk.
• There is also a discount for paying for an entire term. In order to receive this discount, your payment is due by the day before the term begins. There are no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS! This is not recommended for new students.

MAKEUP POLICY: Makeups may only be scheduled if you call in advance of your scheduled class. (Leave a message on the answering machine if necessary.) Makeups may only be scheduled during the time your child is enrolled and during the same session that the child missed class. We will make every attempt to schedule makeups but it may not always be possible. If you miss a makeup, you may reschedule if you contacted us in advance to notify us of the absence.

CLASS ATTIRE: Gymnastics-type leotards are preferred. For safety reasons, no bulky clothing, jewelry, food or gum are allowed.

PARENT/GUARDIAN: You are welcome to watch our classes from our waiting area upstairs. For safety, students must wait inside the building before and after classes. We do have cubby holes for the children’s coats and shoes. Please mark your child’s belongings. Gym Etc. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

NEWSLETTERS: Each month a newsletter will be sent home with your child. Newsletters contain information regarding workshops, schedule changes, new staff members, upcoming events and payment due dates.

**Please note that ages listed for each program are a guideline we use. All children develop at slightly different rates and we will place each child appropriately in the program.
