AAU
State Tumbling & Trampoline Meet
We are hosting the AAU State Tumbling & Trampoline meet on Sunday, May
19th. We will need everyone's help to make this a great meet. We encourage
gymnastics parents to help as well - some trampoling/tumbling parents
helped with the Horton Invitational in the fall. If anyone wants to help
with a meal on Sunday for the hospitality group, see Teresa. Set up will
begin on Saturday, May 18th at 1:00pm at Horton Fieldhouse. Please be
there to help if you can.
Donations are needed for the Hospitality Room
- Level 4 - Case of Soda (any brand)
- Level 5 - Case of Water
- Level 6 - Two bags of candy (M&Ms, hard candy, etc. for judges
table)
- Optionals - Case of Soda (any brand)
- Tumbling/Trampoline team - Baked Goods

Woodward
Camp Info
We will be attending Woodward Gymnastics Camp week #3 (June 9-15, 2002).
They offer camps for both gymnastics and tumbling/trampoline. The cost
for camp is $645/child.
To register, fill out your application and send in $200. The remainder
of the balance is due by April 1st. If you have more than one child
you do get a discount on the second child. We plan on taking a bus to
camp again this year which usually runs a little under $150/child round
trip.
If you think you are interested in camp we have brochures at the front
desk, please help yourself. Last year we had approximately 25 kids who
went. I am sure we will have a great time again this year. We may have
volunteer fund-raisers for the kids who would like to help raise money
for their trips. We talked about a carwash, cartwheel-a-thon and selling
candy. More notes will come out on those as soon as we know who is attending
camp. If you have any questions about what is involved at camp please
feel free to ask Teresa or Beth Smith or Jeanette Diller (Cydney's and
Karissa's mothers) who went with us last year.
If you plan on attending please let Teresa know as soon as possible.

of Year Banquet - May 28th
This year's banquet will be at the Radisson Hotel on Tuesday, May 28th.
If you would like to run for an office on the Booster Club Board, we
will be voting at the banquet. Start thinking now how you can be more
involved. More information on the banquet will be coming later.
Summer
Sign-Up
Summer sign-up for current students begins May 6th! Sign-up will be
opened to the public on May 20th. The summer schedule will be available
on May 6th.
