Our School Year schedule is a ROLLING ENROLLMENT. Once you have enrolled in one of our School Year Sessions (Fall 1,2,3, Winter 1,2,3, Spring 1,2,3), you will be enrolled in that class until the end of Spring Session 3 (May 31, 2026). Each session is 4 weeks. You may drop the class or take a break at anytime throughout the school year, but you must notify us otherwise you credit card on file will be auto-charged on our Auto-Charge Date for the next session and they will be auto - enrolled. In order to be enrolled in our School Year session, you must have an active Credit Card on File. This Credit Card will be ran on the Auto-Charge Dates listed below for the upcoming sessions. Please note the session chart below, drop dates, charge dates, and more!
Drop Date: The date you must tell us you will be dropping the class or taking a break by in order to not be charged for the next session. You must stop by the front desk, call, or email dwelch@gymetc.com . This date is one week before your card on file will be auto-charged for the next session. Auto-Charge Date: The charge date is the date your card on file will be auto-charged for the next session. This date is one week before a new session starts. Your tuition for the next session will be put on your account on the drop date or one week before your card on file will be auto-charged. If you would like to pay by cash, by check in person, or by a different credit card in your portal you have from this date until the charge date to do so. Otherwise, your card will be auto charged for the next session on the Auto-Charge Date. Any outstanding balances open the 1st day of a new session will also incur a $10 late charge. Our Summer Session schedule runs on a different schedule from our School Year classes. Our Summer schedule has it's own class schedule, along with a Flex schedule instead of 4 week sessions. Our full Summer 2021 calendar is 12 weeks long. Our Summer Session runs June 1st - August 20th. When you enroll for our Summer session you will enroll for the entire Summer. Our Flex schedule allows you the flexibility of taking a few weeks off throughout the session. We know with vacations and other obligations you may not be able to make it the whole summer. With this option, you are able to have a little bit of freedom in when you will be joining us! Flex Schedule: Our Summer Flex Schedule offers a 10 week, 11 week, or 12 week option. If you choose the 10 or 11 week option, you will let us know which dates you will be missing so that we can put it in our system. If for some reason you have to miss an additional day than what you paid for, we do allow 1 make up class for our Summer session. If you join later in the summer, you will be charged for how many weeks we have left for the summer with the option to do a make up if you miss a class. Monday classes will only choose 11 week or 10 weeks due to Memorial Day.
